结合海南水上无线电秩序管理实践,针对沿海水域无线电设备船舶证书记载与船上实际配置不一致的问题进行探讨,提出实施处罚的相关意见和建议.
Abstract
In view of the practice of maritime radio order management in Hainan,this paper probes into the problem of inconsistent recording of radio equipment ship certificates and actual configuration on board in coastal waters,and proposes relevant opinions and suggestions for the implementation of penalties.
