摘要
为提高航海保障管理部门导航保障信息化和智能化水平,提升航标服务效能,提出高质量航海保障体系建设框架,建设面向导航核心业务的航标智能处置系统,从航标巡检、航海保障信息感知、航标位置精细化调整和航标业务智能处置等方面构建相应的航标管理和业务处理支持系统.
Abstract
In order to improve the level of informatization and intelligence application in the navigational aids of navigation service agencies and enhance the efficiency of aids to navigation(AtoN),a framework for the construction of a high-quality navigation service system is proposed.Intelligent AtoN handling systems oriented to the core business of navigational aids are built.The corresponding supporting system of AtoN management and business processing is constructed from the aspects of AtoN inspection,navigation service information perception,fine adjustment of AtoN position and intelligent AtoN handling.
