摘要
随着中国海洋事业的发展,海事文化建设的重要性日益凸显.聚焦航标业务与航海保障,探讨新时代海事文化建设的意义、现状及发展方向.通过介绍海事文化的概念、特点和意义,分析航标业务和航海保障对海事文化建设的影响及现存问题,提出相应解决对策和未来海事文化建设建议.
Abstract
With the development of China's marine programs,the importance of maritime cultural development is increasingly prominent.This paper focuses on aids to navigation(AtoN)and navigation service,explores the significance,current status,and development directions of maritime cultural development in the new era.It introduces the concept,characteristics,and significance of maritime culture,analyzes the impact of AtoN operations and navigation service on maritime cultural development and the existing problems,and proposes corresponding solutions and suggestions for the future development of maritime cultural development.
