摘要
多功能智慧航标具有感知水域信息等多种功能,对优化现有航标效能、构建全新航标系统和提升周边检测能力起着重要作用.基于此,结合江苏沿海首个多功能智慧航标投运情况,从需求分析、航标改造、效果应用等方面进行重点分析,推动海事航保深度融合发展,保障海上船舶通航安全.
Abstract
The multifunctional intelligent aids to navigation(AtoN)have various functions such as sensing water area information,which plays an important role in optimizing the effectiveness of existing AtoN,building a new AtoN system,and improving the surrounding detection capability.Based on the above and in view of the operation of the first multi-functional intelligent AtoN along the coast of Jiangsu,the paper conducts analysis from the aspects of demand,AtoN transformation and effect application to promote the in-depth integration of maritime administration and navigation service,and ensure the safety of navigation at sea.
