Abstract
In order to speed up the development of China's legal system on shipping,this paper analyzes the changes and influences of the shipping market regulation system of the U.S.Ocean Shipping Reform Act of 2022 through studying the motivation and content of the revision of the act.It also discusses the significance of the U.S.Ocean Shipping Reform Act of 2022 for China's shipping legislation as a reference and the improvement of China's shipping market regulation system.
