红海危机视域下航运供应链安全研究

摘要
随着经济全球化的深入发展,各国之间的贸易联系越来越紧密.航运业承担着全球主要的货物运输功能,航运供应链的安全越来越受到各国政府的重视.新一轮巴以冲突外溢导致红海危机发生以来,航运供应链的脆弱性更加凸显.通过分析红海危机对航运供应链造成的不利影响,结合红海地区地缘政治现状、我国在该地区的利益诉求和"一带一路"倡议的实施,提出我国维护航运供应链安全的措施和建议.
Abstract
The deepening of economic globalization has led to increasingly closer trade links between countries.With the shipping industry playing the primary role in global cargo transportation,the safety of the shipping supply chain has drawn more and more concerns from governments worldwide.Following the Red Sea crisis sparked by the new round of the Israeli Palestinian conflict,the vulnerability of the shipping supply chain has become more pronounced.This paper analyzes the negative impact of the Red Sea crisis on the shipping supply chain and proposes measures and suggestions on enhancing the safety of the supply chain for China,taking into account both geopolitical factors in the Red Sea region and China's interests in the area as well as the implementation of the Belt and Road initiative.
