通过对"WISDOM GRACE"轮碰撞事故典型案例进行研究,从事故致因、事故过程、事故应急处置对策等方面进行分析,并通过讨论"WISDOM GRACE"轮在险情发生后的处置过程中存在的问题,根据分析结果对船员、船公司、海事管理机构提出相应措施建议,以期减少由可控因素造成的海上事故,将危险遏制在源头处.
Abstract
Based on a study of the typical collision case of the vessel WISDOM GRACE,the paper analyzes its causes,process,emergency response and probes into the problems in the handling of the accident.It also puts forward corresponding measures for seafarers,ship companies and maritime administrations according to the results from the analysis to reduce maritime accidents caused by the controllable factors and suppress dangers from the source.
