摘要

参考国际贸易中海运货差纠纷判例,分析货差产生的原因,得出内贸海运货差不能盲目套用一定比例的结论,提出减少内贸散货海运货差纠纷的预防措施.研究结论可供托运人、承运人、收货人及其代理人参考,以期避免内贸海上运输合同各方产生不必要的货量纠纷.

Abstract

Based on the reference of cases concerning disputes over differences of cargo for maritime transportation in international trade,this paper analyzes the causes for the cargo differences,and concludes that a certain proportion cannot be applied to such cargo difference in domestic trade blindly.Furthermore,it proposes preventive measures to reduce disputes over maritime bulk cargo difference in domestic trade.It is intended for the reference by shippers,carriers,consignees and their agents in avoiding unnecessary disputes over cargo volume between parties of maritime transportation contracts in domestic trade.
