Multiple risks exist in some small enclosed spaces on board ships due to various causes,which may lead to suffocation,poisoning,or even death of those on board.This paper provides management suggestions from the aspects of implementing the main responsibility of the entity,the duties and tasks of seafarers,and the supervision responsibilities of the maritime administration,aiming at promoting the transformation of the risk control mode for the entry into enclosed spaces to prevention in advance.
