Based on the sources of risks identified during the law enforcement by the maritime administration,this article proposes maritime supervision measures for the vehicle transportation by bulk cargo ships from the perspective of strengthening the supervision by management departments,and provides reference for effectively reducing the risks of vehicle transportation by bulk cargo ships.
