With the development of the marine economy and new business at sea,the contradictions in marine governance are becoming more and more prominent,and the application of the"Fengqiao experience"in resolving the contradictions at sea and solving the regulatory problems is of great significance to the maritime transportation safety supervision in Zhoushan.Based on a study of the current constraints on the four major factors of high-quality safety supervision at sea,the paper identifies the four aspects of the relationship as the key to grasp the contradiction and puts forward the govemance path and governance targets of"six dimensions and six governances"for resolving the contradictions of the maritime supervision,thus building the"maritime Fengqiao experience"with Zhoushan characteristics,aiming at helping to resolve the contradictions in maritime supervision,promoting the high-quality development of maritime transportation safety in Zhoushan,and laying a solid foundation for realizing the goal of building China into a marine power.
