Ship nationality registration is the source of ship nationality management.In view of the actual situation of ship nationality registration and ship registry port management in China,this paper analyzes the necessity of the annual review system of ship nationality registration and puts forward proposals on the revision of the annual review system of domestic ship nationality registration based on the practice of ship survey and safety management of shipping companies.It also suggests improving the quality of government services for ship nationality registration taking this opportunity.
