In order to improve the navigation efficiency of vessels with a length of 110 meters or more in the Yingongzhou waters of the Yangtze River, this paper conducts statistical analysis on the number and composition of the controlled ships, and explores the theoretical quantity and length for safe encounter of the controlled ships in one-way controlled waters in view of the current navigation regulations and national standards.Based on the optimized channel conditions and comparative data analysis,it puts forward optimization measures for the traffic organization in the one-way control section of Yingongzhou.
