摘要

基于北斗、人工智能、区块链、物联网、5G、无人机等新技术特点,结合其在海事管理中的应用,提出了"北斗+物联网+设备""北斗+船舶交通服务系统""5G+无人机""北斗+5G""人工智能+区块链"等多个交互融合模式的构想,弥补了在复杂海域环境下,水上安全监管全方位监控、精准应急搜救、动态导航以及实时预警播报等方面的不足,提高海事水上监管能力和海事服务水平,助推全要素水上"大交管"建设.

Abstract

Based on the characteristics of new technologies such as BeiDou,artificial intelligence,blockchain,Internet of Things,5G,UAV,etc.,this article proposes the concept of multiple interactive fusion modes,including"BeiDou+Internet of Things+Equipment""BeiDou+Vessel Traffic Service System""5G+UAV""BeiDou+5G""Artificial Intelligence+Blockchain"etc.,in view of their applications in maritime management.These modes are intended to make up for the inadequacies of maritime safety supervision in fulfilling comprehensive monitoring,accurate emergency rescue,dynamic navigation,and real-time warning broadcasting under complex marine environments,continuously improve maritime supervision capabilities and maritime service level,and promote the construction of"comprehensive maritime traffic management".
