With the development of economic globalization and the internationalization of marine oil industry,large-scale marine equipment,which plays a vital role in marine resource development,scientific research,energy cooperative exploitation,etc.,has been applied more widely overseas.To ensure the normal and efficient operation of the equipment,effective localized maintenance management overseas can not only enhance the reliability and availability of the equipment,but also lower the costs of operation and enhance the competitiveness of related enterprises in the international market.Based on a study of the significance of such localized maintenance management overseas for large-scale marine oil equipment,the paper introduces the strategies and main points of such localized maintenance and presents cases of successful experience and achievements,aiming at providing reference for enhancing the overseas maintenance of large-scale marine oil equipment.
