摘要

STCW公约和MLC公约均对海员健康标准作出了规定,我国目前虽然已经建立了较为完备的法规体系和标准,但在海员体检工作实践中,仍存在改进的空间,从现实性、规范性和可操作性的角度出发,针对性提出了优化建议.

Abstract

Both the STCW Convention and the MLC Convention stipulate requirements for seafarer health standards.Although China has established a relatively complete legal system and standards,there is still room for improvement in the practice of seafarer's physical examination.From the perspectives of reality,standardization and operability,this paper proposes suggestions for improvement.
