Under the guidance of the strategy of strong marine nation,the booming maritime intelligent ships have enriched the connotation of the traditional concepts of ship,crew,and maritime risk due to their high degree of intelligence.Meanwhile,it also puts forward new challenges to the application of the original maritime ship insurance.This paper takes the cyber risks faced by unmanned ship in practice as an entry point,analyzes the new connotation of maritime insurance derived from it,and puts forward suggestions on the bearing of insurance liability after the occurrence of cyber accidents and the improvement of laws.
