Based on an introduction of the exploration and practice on the maritime "Fengqiao Experience" in Zhoushan,this paper elaborates the significance to learn from the "Fengqiao Experience" in a New Era. Taking the major practices of Zhoushan MSA in implementing the maritime "Fengqiao Experience" in a New Era as an example and considering the actual work,the paper studies the main characteristics of the complaints and reports and the problems in preventing and resolving such complaints and reports. It also proposes ideas and strategies for preventing and resolving conflicts and disputes involving law enforcement complaints.
