摘要

海事女性公职人员常受家庭与事业双重压力,心理危机多发.以广东海事局为例,研究海事女性公职人员职业心理危机及干预机制,提出以政策激励,构建"预防-发现-改善"干预体系,形成长效推广机制,以保障海事女性公职人员的心理健康与工作热情.

Abstract

Female civil servants in the maritime administration often face the dual pressure of family and career,and psychological crises occur frequently. This article takes Guangdong Maritime Safety Administration as an example to study the occupational psychological crisis and intervention mechanism for female civil servants in MSA. It suggests using policy incentives,building a prevention-discovery-improvement intervention system,and developing a long-term promotion mechanism to ensure the mental health and work enthusiasm of female civil servants in MSA.
