Based on a review of the existing conditions of intelligent shipping development and according to the property that the intelligent shipping matches with the development of maritime autonomous surface ships in stages,the paper studies the potential problems of shipping companies in the tide of the shipping reform. In view of the changes in cargo transportation by ships,structure of talents and management systems under the new form of the shipping industry,it puts forward countermeasures for the high-quality development of companies,aiming at providing reference for market competition in face of shipping companies.
