Study on the diagnostic value of Cyclin D1 combined with CA72-4,pepsinogen and CEA in gastric cancer
Objective To study the diagnostic value of Cyclin D1 combined with carbohydrate antigen 72-4(CA72-4),pepsinogen(PG)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in gastric cancer. Methods From Oct 2021 to Mar 2023,90 patients with suspected gastric cancer who underwent routine endoscopic examination in the Endoscopy Center of our hospital were divided into the benign gastric disease group(54 cases)and the gastric cancer group(36 cases)according to the results of histopathological examination. All the patients were tested for Cyclin D1,CA72-4,PG and CEA,and the expression levels of the above indexes were compared and analyzed. Results The level of CEA,CA72-4,PGⅡ and the positive expression of Cyclin D1 in the gastric cancer group were higher than those in the benign gastric disease group, and the level of PGⅠwas lower(P<0.05).The level of CEA,CA72-4,PGⅡ and positive expression of Cyclin D1 increased gradually, while the level of PGⅠ decreased gradually(P<0.05).The level of CEA,CEA,CA72-4,PGⅡ and positive expression of Cyclin D1 were positive correlated with pathological stages, while PGⅠ was negative correlated with pathological stages(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the individual detedion of 5 indexes had diagnostic value for gastric cancer, but the AUC of combined detection was higher, which was 0.906 and Yoden index was 0.713,and the sensitivity and specificity were above 85.00%.Conclusion The detection of Cyclin D1 combined with CA72-4,PGⅠ,PG Ⅱ and CEA has high sensitivity which has diagnostic value for gastric cancer.
