大型平台浮托关键技术创新及效率提升技术

为提升浮托效率效益,以渤海湾和南海海域的平台组块浮托为例,统筹考虑诸多项目的特点及共性,对浮托关键技术创新和施工效率效益提升等进行较详尽的介绍.结果表明,所研制的斜拉筋快速下放装置、新设计的较深水锚泊方案、浮托监测可视化技术和驳船就位定位技术等可大幅提高浮托施工效率效益,标准化护舷设计方法使同一艘驳船可随时在不同海域的浮托项目间进行自由转换.技术成果在工程项目实践中得到实施应用,降本增效效果明显,对今后同类工程项目施工具有一定的借鉴意义.
In order to improve the efficiency and benefit of float-over,taken the float-over of topsides in Bohai Bay and the South China Sea as examples,the characteristics and commonalities of many projects are considered in an overall manner,and the innovation of key technologies of float-over and the improvement of the efficiency and benefit of the construction are introduced in detail.The results show that the developed rapid lowering device of the sea fastening,the newly designed deep-water anchoring scheme,the visualization technology of the monitoring system and the innovative barge positioning technology can greatly improve the efficiency and benefit of the construction,and the standardized fender design method enables the same barge to freely switch between buoyant projects in different sea areas at any time.The technical achievements are implemented and applied in the engineering project practice,with obvious effect of cost reduction and efficiency increase,which is of certain reference significance for the construction of similar projects in the future.
