In order to accurately and effectively connect the channel between the emergency rescue well and the blowout accident well,it is necessary to optimize the location of the emergency rescue well and reasonably match the drilling device.The key technologies for the positioning optimization of the rescue well of the jack up drilling rig with a water depth of less than 122 meters are carried out,including the optimization of tidal current flow direction,the optimization of wind direction,the risk avoidance of shallow geological disaster characteristics,the optimization of drilling platform,the design of rescue well drilling,etc.The optimization of the drilling platform solves the problem of reasonable matching between the water depth and the operating capacity of the drilling unit.After using the new calculation formula,the prediction accuracy is increased from 70%to 90%,which ensures the safety of large offshore facilities and provides reference for the preliminary basic research for the construction of well control technology system of domestic offshore oil fields.
