摘要
应用1 064 nm纳秒脉冲光纤激光器对半潜式平台零部件分层除漆进行研究,探究不同激光工艺参数对分层除漆效果的影响.结果表明,填充间距对分层除漆效果影响显著,除漆参数存在最佳匹配,最佳参数可实现漆层以底漆、中涂漆、面漆之间层次距离约1cm,以破损点为中心清理出清晰的台阶结构,且激光清洗后基材无烧蚀和氧化变色,表面等级可达Sa2.5.激光除漆前后基材表面粗糙度均在20μm左右.对激光除漆过程进行温升检测,发现除漆过程基材温升为60~65 ℃,此温升不会改变基材组织结构.因此,激光用于半潜式平台分层除漆是可行的.所作研究为激光清洗在海洋工程领域的应用提供基础.
Abstract
1 064 nm nanosecond pulse fiber laser is used to study the layered paint removal for semi-submersible platform components,and the influence of different laser process parameters on the layered paint removal effect is explored.The results show that the filling space is of significant effect on the layered paint removal,and there is an optimal match for the paint removal parameters,which can realize the step structure of about 1 cm between the primer,middle coat and top coat,and clear step structures can be cleared from the damaged points as the center,the substrate is of no ablation or oxidation discoloration after laser cleaning and the surface grade can reach Sa2.5.The surface roughness is about 20 pm before and after laser paint removal.Through the temperature rise detection of laser paint removal process,it is found that the temperature rise of the substrate in the paint removal process is 60 ℃ to 65 ℃,which means this temperature rise will not change the substrate structure.It is feasible to use laser cleaning in the layered paint removal of the semi-submersible platform.The research provides a practical basis for the application of laser cleaning in the field of marine engineering.
