SPMT运输FPSO上部模块动力学分析

自行式模块化运输车(Self-Propelled Modular Transporter,SPMT)运输浮式生产储卸油装置(Floating Production Storage and Offloading,FPSO)上部模块经过减速带时由于激励而产生振动.参考四分之一车辆振动简化模型建立SPMT振动模型和多自由度系统动力学方程.采用MATLAB软件中Simulink模块对路面激励下的悬架液压系统加速度响应进行仿真模拟,得到加速度响应谱.与文献[11]提出的最大加速度响应谱进行对比,验证模型正确性.通过仿真分析得到SPMT在不同悬架阻尼、行驶速度、减速带宽度下通过减速带时模块和轮胎的加速度,分析不同参数对运输过程中加速度的影响.
Dynamics Analysis of SPMT Transferring FPSO Topside Module
The Self-Propelled Modular Transporter(SPMT)transferring Floating Production Storage and Offloading(FPSO)topside module vibrates when passing over deceleration belts.The SPMT vibration model and multi-degree of freedom system dynamics equation are established by referring to the 1/4 vehicle model.The acceleration response of the suspension hydraulic system under road excitation is simulated using the Simulink module in MATLAB software,the acceleration response spectrum is obtained and compared with the maximal acceleration response spectrum proposed in literature[11]to verify the correctness of the model.Through the simulation analysis,the acceleration of the module and tire when the SPMT passes through the deceleration belts under different suspension damping,driving speeds and deceleration belt widths is obtained,and the influence of different parameters on the acceleration during transportation is analyzed.
