本文介绍了基于UVM验证方法学对带有保护和诊断功能的车载CAN收发器中故障诊断模块的验证平台设计.该验证平台针对不同的故障事件产生对应的随机激励,来模拟实际应用场景中可能发生的故障事件,并且具有良好的复用性.验证结果覆盖了预期的功能点,功能覆盖率达到100%,代码覆盖率达到98.55%,为带保护和诊断功能的CAN收发器的开发提供参考.
Verification of fault diagnosis module of CAN transceiver based on UVM
This paper introduces the design of verification platform for fault diagnosis module in vehicle CAN transceiver with protection and diagnosis function based on UVM verification methodology.The verification platform generates corresponding random excitation for different fault events to simulate the fault events that may occur in actual application scenarios,and has good reusability.The verification results covered the expected function points,and the function coverage reached 100%and the code coverage reached 98.55%,which provided reference for the development of CAN transceiver with protection and diagnosis functions.
