OBE理念下聚焦学生个性化需求的供给侧改革与实践——以数字集成电路前端设计类课程为例

高等工程教育对经济社会高质量发展起着明显的支撑作用,而高校教育在培养工程技术人才过程中,对于课程建设仍存在如下突出问题:①多着眼于"供给侧端",而对学生"需求侧端"的研究较少;②多停留于"大统一"课程,而聚焦于学生个性化"有效需求"的实践凤毛麟角;③多致力于培养方案课程体系的构建,而深入课程群内部细化递进关系的研究寥寥无几.这使得教学在针对性、实效性方面存在欠缺.鉴于此,本文提出聚焦学生个性化需求,以产出为导向的供给侧改革,构建行之有效的多课程内容联动教学模式,并以数字集成电路前端设计类课程为例,围绕学生个性化需求,提供多课程持续个性化学习支持,寻求"有效需求"与"有效供给"平衡,进行改革探索与实践.
Abstract
Higher engineering education plays a significant supporting role in the high-quality development of the economy and society.However,in the process of cultivating engineering and technical talents,there are still prominent problems in curriculum construction in higher education:more attention is paid to the"supply-side",while there is less research on the"demand-side"of students;The practice of focusing on students'personalized"Effective demand"is rare,while the practice of focusing on"unification"courses is more common;More efforts have been made to construct a curriculum system for training programs,while there are few studies delving into the refinement of pro-gressive relationships within the curriculum group.This results in a lack of targeted and effective teaching.In view of this,the supply-side reform focusing on students'personalized needs and outcome-oriented is proposed to build an effective multi course content linkage teaching mode.Taking digital integrated circuit front-end design courses as an example,it focuses on students'personalized needs,provides continuous personalized learning support for multi courses,seeks the balance between"effective demand"and"effective supply",and carries out reform exploration and practice.
