Baseband Design of ADS-B RF Baseband Integrated Receiver Chip
In order to adapt to different platforms,Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast(ADS-B)receivers need to take into account miniaturization, low power consumption, low cost and high sensitivity. In view of the existing ADS-B receivers that cannot meet the above requirements at the same time, this paper innovatively proposes a base-band design of an ADS-B radio frequency baseband integrated chip. The baseband uses digital down converter and low pass filter for signal demodulation. The frame header is detected by the matched filtering algorithm, and the data bits and confidence levels are extracted by the baseline multi-point technology. The error correction module corrects the message with check error based on the confidence. The simulation verification and backend design show that the baseband meets the minimum signal-to-noise ratio of 71dB,the power consumption when receiving the message signal is 9.65mW,and the sensitivity of the receiving chip can reach-94dBm.
