摘要
为满足宽输入范围DC/DC芯片的需求,本文设计了一种可调输出低电平电压的高边电平移位驱动电路.该电路无需使用二极管和双极型器件,通过MOS管配置高边驱动信号的低电平电压,并将其应用于高压DC/DC转换器芯片.芯片采用0.35μm BCD工艺流片,实验结果表明DC/DC转换器芯片工作正常,验证了本文设计的高边电平移位驱动电路.
Abstract
To meet the requirements of a wide input range DC/DC converter,this paper designs a high side level shift driver with adjustable output low-level voltage.This driver does not require the use of diodes and bipolar devices,and the low-level voltage of the high side signal is configured through MOS transistors,which are applied to a high-voltage DC/DC converter chip.The chip is manufactured using 0.35um BCD process,the experimental results show that the DC/DC converter chip works properly,which verifies the high side level shift driver designed in this paper.
