摘要

随着电动汽车市场的快速发展,车规级电池检测芯片的需求和技术创新也在持续增长.本文主要以LTC6813这款常用的车规电池检测芯片为例,从电池均衡、数模转换、数字滤波和电源基准四个角度进行设计分析,介绍这款芯片的组成、技术特点和在电池管理系统中的应用价值,并且讨论了电池管理芯片的市场和发展价值.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the electric vehicle market has led to a continuous increase in the demand and techno-logical innovation of automotive-grade battery monitoring chips.This article introduces the LTC6813,a widely uti-lized automotive-grade battery monitoring chip,to analyze its composition and technical features.The functional blocks such as Balance MOSFETs,Analog-to-Digital Converter,Digital Filter and Bandgap Reference are discussed in detail.Finally,the market and development value of domestic BMS chips are concluded.
