传统分拣行业依靠人工分拣,存在生产率低和易出错的问题.本文提出了一种基于机器视觉的机械臂分拣系统,可以识别物品的形状、颜色等信息,进行自主分拣.本系统由机器视觉和FPGA控制系统两部分组成,通过对OpenMV摄像头编程,实现物体的形状和颜色的识别和信息提取,通过FPGA电路设计,运用硬件描述语言编程,实现对机械臂的控制,最终实现了自主分拣功能.经过仿真验证以及搭建实验平台进行实物测试,系统功能正常,机械臂分拣迅速准确,验证了该系统的可行性.
Design of Robot Arm Sorting System Based on Machine Vision
The traditional sorting industry relies on manual sorting,which has speed limitations and is prone to errors.This article proposes a machine vision based robotic arm sorting system that can recognize the shape,color,and other information of items and perform autonomous sorting.The system consists of two parts:machine vision and FPGA system control.By programming the OpenMV camera,the recognition and information extraction of object shape and color were achieved.Through FPGA circuit design and hardware description language programming,the control of the robotic arm was realized,ultimately achieving autonomous sorting function.After simulation verification and building an experimental platform for physical testing,the system functions normally and the robotic arm sorts quickly and accurately,verifying the feasibility of the system.
