Optimization of temperature field uniformity in temperature cycle test chamber based on CFD
The temperature cycling test chamber is prone to poor temperature uniformity due to the harsh test condi-tions.In order to improve the temperature uniformity of the testing area in the temperature cycling test chamber,this study adopted advanced CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)numerical simulation technology,combined with modern fluid mechanics and heat transfer theory,to establish a mathematical model of the internal temperature field of the test chamber.By comparing and analyzing the measured data and simulation results,the shortcomings of the cur-rent equipment in temperature uniformity were revealed,and an optimized design scheme for changing the structure of the chamber was proposed.The experimental results show that the optimized temperature cycling test box has more sufficient convective heat transfer in the testing area,significantly improving the uniformity of the internal temperature field,effectively reducing the non-uniformity of temperature distribution,and significantly reducing the temperature difference between different points.The reliability and accuracy of experimental data have been improved,ensuring that the test results better reflect the true performance of the tested sample,while also enhancing the overall efficiency and testing quality of the test chamber.
