摘要

电压电流源在集成电路自动测试设备是必配的资源,最大电压和电流的规格会有不同的要求,但都会对电压和电流的精度提出很高的要求.本文通过对电源线路原理的优化设计,解决了电源输出通过连接器和导线等不同路径对输出精度的影响,通过算法进一步提升了电源的精度和一致性,为测试机高精度电压电流源设计提供了有效的解决方案.

Abstract

Voltage current source is a necessary resource in Automatic Test Equipment for IC,the maximum voltage and current specifications will have different requirements,but they will put forward high requirements for the accu-racy of voltage and current.Through the optimization design of the power line principle,this paper solves the influence of the power output through different paths such as connectors and wires on the output accuracy,further improves the accuracy and consistency of the power supply through the algorithm,and provides an effective solution for the high-precision voltage and current source design of the testing machine.
