摘要

本文以智慧芽平台的全球集成电路产业技术专利数据作为研究对象,利用专利计量分析方法,对集成电路产业技术全球专利申请趋势、申请区域、创新主体、技术构成等进行分析,揭示集成电路产业技术布局以及研究热点.同时,从四个维度的数据分析给出结论并提出建议:加强重点专利与核心专利布局;积极探索产业关键技术协同创新路径;加大国内的开放合作.基于专利分析集成电路产业布局情况,可为我国集成电路技术产业的研发及其应用方向提供参考.

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance]Based on patent analysis of integrated circuit industry layout,to provide reference for the development and application of integrated circuit industry technology in China.[Method/Process]Taking the global IC industry patent data of the Patsnap platform as the research object,the patent econometric analysis method was used to analyze the global patent application trend,application area,innovation subject and technology composi-tion of IC industry technology,and reveal the technical layout and research hotspots of IC industry.[Result/Conclu-sion]From four dimensions of data analysis,conclusions and suggestions are given:strengthen the distribution of key patents and core patents;Actively explore the path of collaborative innovation of key industrial technologies;Step up opening-up and cooperation at home.
