摘要

发展新质生产力是在我国经济高质量发展目标下,对生产力要素提出的更高要求的变革,为更好地适应新质生产力对多元化、高素质人才的需求,以新质生产力助推智能制造业高质量发展、加快智能制造产业转型升级,高职院校在加强与企业深度合作的过程中,需构建新质生产力背景下产教融合育人新模式,全面提升人才培养质量,为新质生产力的发展提供强有力的人才支撑.

Abstract

The development of new quality productivity is a transformation that puts forward higher requirements for productivity elements under the goal of high-quality economic development in China.In order to better adapt to the diversified and high-quality talent needs of new quality productivity,and to promote the high-quality development of intelligent manufacturing industry and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing industry with new quality productivity,vocational colleges need to build a new model of industry education integration and education under the background of new quality productivity,comprehensively improve the quality of talent train-ing,and provide strong talent support for the development of new quality productivity in the process of strengthening deep cooperation with enterprises.
