本文采用55nm CMOS工艺设计了一种数字辅助模拟的双环路低压差线性稳压器电路.通过数字逻辑控制器切换电路工作状态,稳态时采用模拟环路为主的控制方案,可以获得精确的输出电压和较小的纹波.负载瞬态切换时,以数字环路为主的控制方案提高瞬态速度.仿真结果表明,负载电流在200ns内在2~50mA之间跳变时,电路的最大过冲电压和上冲电压分别为128mV和170mV,瞬态恢复时间<5μs.
A Digital-Assisted Analog Dual-loop LDO
This paper designs a dual-loop structure digital-analog hybrid low-dropout linear regulator circuit using 55nm CMOS technology.It uses a dead-zone control mode to switch the circuit working state by a digital logic con-troller.Under load steady state,the control scheme based on analog loops can obtain accurate output voltage and small ripple.Only when load transients occur,the control scheme based on digital loops is used to increase the transient speed.The simulation results show that when the load current jumps between 2~50mA within 200ns,the maximum overshoot voltage and overshoot voltage of the circuit are 128mV and 170mV respectively,and the transient recovery time is<5 μ s.
