This paper designs a dual-loop structure digital-analog hybrid low-dropout linear regulator circuit using 55nm CMOS technology. It uses a dead-zone control mode to switch the circuit working state by a digital logic con-troller.Under load steady state, the control scheme based on analog loops can obtain accurate output voltage and small ripple.Only when load transients occur, the control scheme based on digital loops is used to increase the transient speed. The simulation results show that when the load current jumps between 2~50mA within 200ns,the maximum overshoot voltage and overshoot voltage of the circuit are 128mV and 170mV respectively, and the transient recovery time is<5 μ s.
