为了保护直流-直流芯片免受过温损害,本文提出了一种高精度过温保护电路.通过级联晶体管实现温度传感器,以获得更高的检测精度.滞温度可以通过与连接电阻值成比例的电压分压电路来设置,从而简化了电路的实现.该电路采用5V 180nm BCD技术制造.模拟结果表明,当供电电压为5V时,过温阈值约为160℃,温度滞后约为30℃.随着供电电压在2.5V至5.5V之间变化,过温阈值和滞后温度的漂移分别为1.03℃和1.35℃.
High-Precision Adjustable Threshold Over-Temperature Protection Circuit for DC-DC Converters
The aim of this paper is to present a high-precision over-temperature protection circuit designed to shield DC-DC converters from damage due to excessive heat.A temperature sensor is constructed using a cascade of tran-sistors to achieve enhanced detection sensitivity.The temperature hysteresis is adjustable through a voltage divider circuit,which is dependent on the resistance values in the circuit,simplifying the circuit's design.The circuit has been integrated using a 5V 180nm BCD process.Simulation results indicate that at a 5 V supply voltage,the over-temperature threshold is approximately 160℃,with a temperature hysteresis of approximately 30℃.The varia-tion in the over-temperature threshold and hysteresis temperature,as the supply voltage fluctuates between 2.5V and 5.5V,are 1.03℃ and 1.35℃,respectively.
