Research on Quality Control of Finished Integrated Circuit in Primary Screening Process
Integrated circuit is widely used in all kinds of electronic equipment in modern science and technology.High-quality integrated circuit is the cornerstone to promote the upgrading of electronic industry and realize scientific and technological innovation.A screening quality control should be done to ensure that the reliability of the integrated circuit during delivery meets the requirements of the detailed specifications of the device and the warranty agreement.The definition of different test properties,the difference between conventional screening processes of test properties,and the requirements for quality control of test process are deeply analyzed.The quality control requirements in traceability,time control,nonconforming product control requirements,release conditions and so on are introduced in detail.
