On the basis of return to national park public welfare analysis the construction of China’s national park system
State and government have put the national park system construction in the process of construction of ecological civilization in China.Lack of system and infrastructure is not perfect, which leads to the construction of the national park system in our country still has many problems.The basic attributes of the public welfare is indispensable in the construction of national park. Governments and relevant municipal departments should pay attention to in the process of construction of the national park system, for the return of the public welfare, to play a role of the inherent national park.The author emphatically from the perspectives of public welfare construction of China's national park system is discussed, in order to maximizing the park's civilian property, make it really serve the people.
