Chemical composition analysis of mixed asphalt based on infrared spectroscopy and high-temperature simulated distillation
Due to the uneven quality of asphalt, the phenomenon of mixing and blending asphalt occurs from time to time.In this paper,18 kinds of mixed asphalt are prepared by mixing Kelian asphalt,Tahe asphalt and SK asphalt according to different rations, and the infrared spectra of mixed asphalt are collected by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer. The results show that there are significant differences in the infrared spectra of mixed asphalt, and the characteristic peaks change with the mixing ratios, and the linear correlation is good. The gas chromatogram, boiling range cutting interval and initial distillation point temperature of mixed asphalt are determined by gas phase simulation distillation. The results show that there are significant differences in the spectra between mixed asphalt and standard sample, and the boiling range cutting interval and the initial distillation point temperature show regular change with the mixing ratios.
