传统的CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道自密实混凝土填充层灌注过程由人工完成,轨道板位移量超标、自密实层灌注不饱满现象时有发生.本研究发明了一套CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道自密实混凝土填充层自动灌注系统,灌注时能将轨道板位移量反馈给中转料斗自带的控制系统,智能控制灌注速度,防止轨道板位移超标,既节约了人工,又提升了灌注成功率.
An automatic pouring system of self-compacting concrete layer for CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track
The traditional pouring process of self-compacting concrete layer for CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track is manually completed,and the phenomena of excessive displacement of track and insuffi cient pouring of self-compacting layer often occur.In this paper,a set of automatic pouring system of self-compacting concrete layer for CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track is invented.In the process of self-compacting concrete pouring,the displacement of track slab can be fed back to the control system of the transfer hopper,intelligently controlling the pouring speed to prevent excessive displacement of track slab.Compared with the existing process,this system not only saves labor,but also improves the success rate of pouring.
