Progress in the application of radioactive waste incineration equipments and processes
Pyrolysis incineration is an important process for treating radioactive organic waste,which can significantly improve the waste treatment capacity.Due to the early construction of existing incinerator equipments and the increase in types of radioactive waste,the operation and maintenance of incinerator equipments face new challenges.This paper provides an overview of the current development status and process characteristics of radioactive incinerators worldwide,classifies the problems encountered in the operation,and looks forward to future directions of improvement and optimization.
