Characterization of surface modification effects of different treatment methods on rubber powder using thermal gravimetric-infrared spectroscopy analysis
The fine rubber powder is subjected to surface treatment with self-made coupling agent,Si-69 coupling agent, and superplasticizer compound dispersible polymer powder. The modification effect is tested by thermal gravimetric-infrared spectroscopy tests. The results show that the surfaces of the three treated rubber powders are adsorbed with treatment agents. From the perspective of heat absorption, chemical adsorption occurred, that is,there are chemical bonds between the treatment agents and the surface of the rubber powder, which produces a certain effect.
