用热重-红外光谱分析表征不同处理方法对橡胶粉表面的改性效果

摘要
将细橡胶粉分别经自制偶联剂、Si-69偶联剂及高效减水剂复合可再分散乳胶粉进行表面处理,通过进行热重-红外光谱联合测试检验其改性效果.结果表明,以上三种处理过的橡胶粉表面吸附有处理剂,从吸热量来分析,发生了化学吸附,即处理剂与橡胶粉表面有化学键存在,产生了一定的效果.
Abstract
The fine rubber powder is subjected to surface treatment with self-made coupling agent,Si-69 coupling agent,and superplasticizer compound dispersible polymer powder.The modification effect is tested by thermal gravimetric-infrared spectroscopy tests.The results show that the surfaces of the three treated rubber powders are adsorbed with treatment agents.From the perspective of heat absorption,chemical adsorption occurred,that is,there are chemical bonds between the treatment agents and the surface of the rubber powder,which produces a certain effect.
