摘要
新冠疫情对设计院国际工程业务造成了较大的影响.正在执行的海外项目在进度和成本方面普遍受到较大冲击,很多项目由于疫情对经济的冲击而缓建或停建,海外新项目的开拓难度则大大增加.因此,对海外项目有更准确的认识及合适的应对措施,对设计院的发展非常重要.
Abstract
The COVID-19 has had a great impact on the international engineering business of design institutes.The ongoing overseas projects are generally greatly impacted in terms of schedule and cost.Many projects are delayed or suspended due to the impact of the epidemic on economy,and the development of new overseas projects becomes more difficult.Therefore,it is very important for the design institute to have a more accurate understanding of overseas projects and appropriate response measures.
