摘要
采用碱性纳米二氧化硅分散液对钡盐进行包覆性处理,基于三种钡盐(氢氧化钡、碳酸钡、硝酸钡)配制盐卤腐蚀抑制剂,与未包覆钡盐类盐卤腐蚀抑制剂进行对比,研究包覆性钡盐盐卤腐蚀抑制剂的抗蚀系数、28d抗压强度比和氯离子扩散系数.结果表明,包覆性钡盐盐卤腐蚀抑制剂可显著提高混凝土的耐蚀性能,其90d抗蚀系数高达1.189,28d抗压强度比高达111.11%,氯离子扩散系数低至2.50×10-12m2/s.
Abstract
Three kinds of barium salts(barium hydroxide,barium carbonate,barium nitrate)are coated with alkaline nano-silica dispersion to prepare brine corrosion inhibitors.The corrosion resistance coefficient,28-day compressive strength ratio and chloride ion diffusion coefficient of concrete samples mixed with coated barium salt brine corrosion inhibitor are studied,comparing with those mixed with uncoated barium salt brine corrosion inhibitor.The results show that the coated barium salt brine corrosion inhibitor can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of concrete,and the 90-day corrosion resistance coefficient is 1.189,28-day compressive strength ratio is 111.11%,and 28-day chloride ion diffusion coefficient is only 2.50×10-12m2/s.
