高掺量煅烧煤矸石粉胶结料的力学和水化特性研究

研究了煅烧煤矸石-水泥熟料-石膏胶材体系的力学和水化特性.结果表明,煅烧煤矸石适当取代部分熟料制备的胶凝材料具有较好的力学性能,最佳取代量为35%,7d和28d强度可达23.8MPa和29MPa.无水硫酸钠的掺入可明显提升胶材体系的早期和后期强度,最佳掺量为5%,3d、7d和28d强度分别提升100%、32.4%和40%.利用XRD和SEM对胶凝材料改性前后的物相组成分析发现,无水硫酸钠的掺入使体系早期生成了大量的Ca(OH)2贯穿于C-S-H凝胶中,且Ca(OH)2的存在加速石膏溶解,加快AFt生成,填充孔隙,使体系结构致密,提高了早期强度.
Mechanical and hydration characteristics of cement with high content calcined coal gangue
The mechanical and hydration properties of"calcined coal gangue-cement clinker-gypsum"binder system are studied.The results show that the cementitious materials prepared by partially replacing the clinker with calcined coal gangue have better mechanical properties,and the optimal replacement amount is 35%.The strength of 7-day and 28-day can reach 23.8MPa and 29MPa.The incorporation of anhydrous sodium sulfate significantly improves the early strength and late strength of the above binder system,especially when the anhydrous sodium sulfate content is 5%.The strength of 3-day,7-day and 28-day can be increased by 100%,32.4%and 40%,respectively.The phase composition of cementitious materials before and after modification is analyzed by XRD and SEM.It is found that the incorporation of anhydrous sodium sulfate generates a large amount of Ca(OH)2 throughout C-S-H gel in the early stage of the system,and the presence of Ca(OH)2 accelerates the dissolution of gypsum and the formation of AFt,fills the pores,makes the structure of the system compact,and improves the early strength.
