Research on influence of three major rate values on solidification of heavy metals in fired cement clinker
Through conducting research on multiple cement plants, this paper selects three sets of rate values(rate#1 formula:KH=1.01,SM=2.62,IM=1.37;rate#2 formula:KH=1.01,SM=2.71,IM=1.39;rate#3 formula:KH=1.01,SM=2.71,IM=1.35)for testing.Add 0.5%,1.0%,and 2.0%CuO reagents respectively, calcine to 1200℃,1250℃,1300℃,1350℃,1400℃,1450℃,and use chemical analysis and XRD methods to detect the clinker. The results show that CuO is both a mineralizer and a co solvent. As the calcination temperature increases, the f-CaO content of the calcined sample generally shows a decreasing trend. The content of f-CaO in rate#2 is the least and relatively stable. With the increase of heavy metal content, the formation temperature of the main mineral phase C3S in the clinker significantly decreases, and liquid phase appears when the CuO content is 1.0%and 2.0%at 1400℃and 1450℃.
