活化胶粉类高粘弹改性沥青超薄罩面应用技术研究

为探究活化胶粉类高粘弹改性沥青混合料在超薄罩面中的适用性,采用车辙试验、小梁弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验等对比高粘弹改性沥青和SBS改性沥青混合料的高温性能、低温性能和水稳定性能,并依托G30线嘉峪关段铺筑试验段.结果表明,相较于SBS改性沥青混合料,高粘弹改性沥青混合料的高温性能提升约70%,水稳定性能提升约20%,低温性能提升约10%,可显著改善路面的服役状况.
Research on application technology of activated rubber powder modified high viscoelastic asphalt ultra-thin cover
In order to investigate the applicability of activated rubber powder high viscoelastic modified asphalt mixture in ultra-thin cover,this paper adopts rutting test,beam bending test,immersed Marshall test,freeze-thaw splitting test to compare the high-temperature performance,low-temperature performance and water stability of the high viscoelastic modified asphalt mixture and SBS modified asphalt mixture.And an ultra-thin cover test section is paved at Jiayuguan section of G30 Expressway.The results show that compared to SBS modified asphalt mixture,high viscoelastic modified asphalt mixture has a high temperature performance improvement of about 70%,water stability performance improvement of about 20%,and low temperature performance improvement of about 10%,which can significantly improve the service condition of the pavement.
