摘要
绿色低碳技术对于节能减碳有关键作用.通过绿色低碳技术的进步与创新,可有效促进能源结构的优化和能源消费的低碳化.但目前国内缺少明确统一的绿色低碳技术评价标准和交易转化机制,不利于绿色低碳技术的创新与推广.本文对国内绿色技术验证的现状进行了分析,总结了目前绿色低碳技术验证的问题与不足,并对公共服务"双碳"平台可为绿色低碳技术评价、转化与推广机制的赋能方向进行研究.
Abstract
Green and low-carbon technologies play a crucial role in energy conservation and carbon reduction.The progress and innovation of green and low-carbon technologies can promote the optimization of energy structure and low-carbon energy consumption.Currently there is a lack of clear and unified evaluation standards and transformation mechanisms for green and low-carbon technologies in China,which affects the innovation and promotion of technologies.This paper analyzes the current status of green technology validation in China,summarizes the problems of green and low-carbon technology validation,and studies the direction of empowering the evaluation,transformation,and promotion mechanism of green and low-carbon technologies through the"Dual Carbon"public service platform.
