Preparation and performance analysis of high-temperature and heavy-corrosion resistant coatings
In response to the problem that high-temperature equipment stationed on islands is prone to corrosion damage caused by high temperature and marine environmental erosion,a high-temperature resistant and heavy-duty anti-corrosion protective coating is developed.Using amino based POSS modified silicone resin as a film-forming resin, the eight arm active structure of amino based POSS is utilized to increase the crosslinking density of the resin, increase the density of the paint film, and inhibit the corrosion of corrosive media into the interior of the paint film. The high-temperature and heavy-corrosion resistant coating with good protective effects is prepared by combining appropriate glass powder fillers,high-temperature resistant fillers, and anti-corrosion fillers. The prepared coating can be used for a long time in an environment of 500℃,and exhibits neutral salt spray resistance for more than 1200 hours before and after heat resistance.Hence, this coating can solve the corrosion problem of high-temperature equipment stationed on islands or offshore.
